   LOL! If u touch the circuit board it wont damage. You just have to make sure u get rid of any static charge on you.

    the little pins is why you need the small flat head so u can get to the side of them and i just used rustolium and it stayed on so i gues use the or look at some painting vids sorry i cant helpe much more

    i have an older 360 controller that has these little metal pieces inside of the screws, is there any way i can still open it (i need to know for sure)

    I already tried to paint it with acryllic(not sure if that’s how you spell it) and it comes right off, also, what paint should i use??
