In November 2009 Microsoft has set up new instructions for their online gaming platform Xbox Live. Microsoft will no longer tolerate any modded Xbox 360 on the network.

 If you try to setup or all ready have an account and have a mod chip installed, you will get banned immediately from playing on the network. This ban stays for a lifetime, with no chances of getting lifted no matter what excuse you may have.
