This is a tutorial showing how to to transfer data from your Original Xbox HD to either a bigger HD or to the new Xbox 360 Slim. Its very simple and easy to do. You need one of the following; External HD or USB Flashdrive or Microsoft Transfer Cable You can pick up a Transfer Cable from your local GameStop. Written Instructions- (Transfer Data to NEW XBOX using USB Device)- 1) Plug in your USB Device in to your Current Xbox 360. 2) Go to “System Settings”/”Memory”/ 3) Press Y on your current HD and select “Transfer Content” 4) Select your USB and select which content you would like to move/copy. -You may have to re-install any games you have installed on your Console (MW2 or Full games) 5) Now repeat steps 1-4 (HD plugged into NEW Xbox and transfer Data from HD to Xbox) 6) (Optional) Do a “License Transfer” if you would like to use downloaded content on all accounts on NEW Xbox. (Transfer Data to New Xbox or New HD using Transfer Cable) 1) Plug Transfer cable with NEW HardDrive attached into your Xbox 2) Go to “System Settings”/”Memory”/ 3) Press Y on your current Current/OLD HD and select “Transfer Content” 4) Select your NEW/Bigger HD and select which content you would like to move/copy. -You may have to re-install any games you have installed on your Console (MW2 or Full games) 5) Now just un-plug the OLD and plug in the NEW
